The Fish Factory's Chris Savva has joined forces with Creative Culinary's Glenn Scott to put their passion for good food to the test.
We will be showcasing sustainable Glacier 51 Toothfish, the "Wagyu of the Sea" (high in fat and Omega 3 content) along with some other exceptional ingredients including Voodoo Bacon (100% Australian certified free range, 100% nitrate and chemical free).
We will be cooking in front of a live audience to raise awareness of the nutritional needs of people living with cystic fibrosis and funds to support the cause.
